Here at EM Management we only believe in quality. We strive to push our perfection to the very greatest of distances. As perfectionists we demand that we do not outsource any part of your project. All of our team members are specific experts in their particular trade. For example our painters paint and that is their skilled trade they particularly specialize in. Our electricians run electrical and that as well is there specific trade they specialize in. Our team members have years under their belt in this field. And by working closely with all of our Tradesmen in-house allows us to provide a quality unheard of. We get the job done the right way the first time at the highest quality possible. 

I'm a professional whose experience spans 25+ years and includes extensive carpentry and remodeling work in Texas and across the United States.  As a General Contractor / Carpenter / Re-modeler, I have gained a  variety of experience and knowledge of all aspects of residential/Commercial/multifamily remodeling construction and improvements that now allows me to successfully project manage.   While I do not do "everything" I have a comprehension of all the parts of the commercial/residential/multifamily construction as interconnected and a part of the whole.   One thing I've learned in life is that you never cease to be further educated, and as a young kid I was told that by my father over and over again. But it took life lessons and continued persistence for me to gain the knowledge and be a true believer that you never cease to be further educated. Because of that I have gained the education the skills and the knowledge to communicate well with people. To uplift people. To guide people. To direct people. To work with people. Work well with people   to be the leader that takes my team to the winning finish line, we get the job done the right way the first time.   This allows me to efficiently provide solutions and Management that lasts.
